Who we are

Flamewave Studios is an independent game studio operated by Jason Griggs from Australia. The studio publishes iOS games and operates the website at flamewave.tech.

What this site is

flamewave.tech is a static studio hub. It describes our games, publishes support details, and hosts terms and privacy policies required for the App Store. You do not need an account to use it. There is no login, store checkout, or comment system on the site.

Information we collect

We do not run accounts, newsletters, or advertising pixels on this website. We do not sell personal information.

• If you email us, we receive the address you use and whatever you include in the message. We keep that correspondence so we can reply and, where relevant, support a game.
• Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical connection data such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps in server logs in order to deliver and protect the site. We do not use that data to profile you.
• The site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser may still store ordinary technical data as part of loading pages.

How we use information

Email is used to answer you, provide game support, and handle privacy requests. Hosting logs are used to operate, secure, and debug the site. We do not use website data for advertising.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who host the site (currently Vercel), with Apple if a request relates to an App Store app, or if the law requires it.

Retention

Email is kept for as long as needed to finish the conversation and keep a reasonable support record. Hosting logs are retained according to Vercel’s practices. You can ask us to delete correspondence that we control.

Your rights

We operate from Australia. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to complain to a regulator. In Australia that includes the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Email privacy@flamewave.tech and we will handle the request.

Children

This website is a studio and legal hub. It is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site.

Changes

If we change how the site works — for example by adding analytics — we will update this policy before that change goes live, and update the date above.
